ZX-6512/16 Heavy Horizontal Expanding Machine
This machine is a special equipment for expand large heat exchangers. It has advantages of high efficiency, high quality and short time to change different format heat exchanger etc.
Main features:
1、Storage for expander rolls. When change heat exchanger's row and holes, do not need to taking expander rolls and expander heads down, can select any expander rolls to compete. Save adjustment time and reduce labour intensity.
2、Working bench moveable function. That is easy for lifting large working piece, alignment, and clamping.
3、Can expand double tube numbers, make 6 rows expanding machine to complete 12 rows working.
4、POD Human machine interaction function. Input parameter of working piece, POD can display adjustment data of machine and current position etc.
